At Jorqeva S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Jorqeva") we handle personal data with a minimisation and purpose-specific approach. This policy explains what data we collect, on which legal basis, for how long, and which rights you can exercise. It applies to any interaction with jorqeva.com and its subdomains.

3. Data we handle
We only collect the data required to reply to your enquiry or to operate the site: name, email and message sent through the contact form; and standard technical browsing data (truncated IP address, device, language, pages visited). We do not request sensitive data.

Processing relies on your free and informed consent, given when submitting the form or interacting with the cookie banner, and on the legitimate interest of keeping the site operational and secure, in line with article 5 of Argentina's Law 25.326 and its complementary framework in force in 2026.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access control and periodic audits of our providers. No system is infallible; that is why we run a continuous improvement cycle.
10. Minors
The site is not directed to individuals under 18. If we detect data from a minor, we delete it without delay upon becoming aware.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. We will publish the last-updated date and, when the change is material, we will communicate it through a visible notice on the site.
